Launch Event: Public Offering of Municipal Bonds Issued by the Ceadîr-Lunga City Hall

In its third issue of municipal bonds, the Ceadîr-Lunga City Hall intends to raise MDL 8 million. The funds will be used to modernise the water and sewerage infrastructure, develop support infrastructure for entrepreneurship and rehabilitate local road infrastructure.

Ceadîr-Lunga is the first local public authority in the Republic of Moldova to reach a third issue of municipal bonds, building on the experience accumulated in raising financing through the capital market.

The event will present the characteristics of the issue, the investment opportunities and the procedure for subscribing to the bonds.

Participants will also have the opportunity to talk directly with representatives of the National Financial Market Commission, the Ceadîr-Lunga City Hall, maib and the Independent Think Tank “Expert-Grup”.
