Launch Event: Local Development through the Capital Market. Launch of Public Offerings of Municipal Bonds Issued by Ungheni Municipality and Leova Town

The event will present the projects to be financed from the funds raised by the Ungheni and Leova city halls, the main features of the issues, the investment conditions and the subscription procedure. Through municipal bonds, local authorities use a modern and transparent instrument to finance projects of local interest, while citizens and investors can contribute directly to community development.

Participants will learn what the funds will be used for, who can invest, how subscription works and what opportunities the bonds offer. The offering prospectuses will be presented, and attendees can put questions to representatives of the Dutch Embassy, the National Financial Market Commission, Victoriabank, both city halls and Expert-Grup.
