The Government of the Republic of Moldova and the Independent Think-Tank “Expert-Grup”, in partnership with Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung invite you to the 10th special edition of the MACRO Annual International Conference 2022 “Republic of Moldova: Building Domestic Resilience in a Changing Global Environment”, the event will take place on February 23-24.

The goal of the 10th edition of the MACRO Conference is to discuss the global trends that will shape the future of the global environment and to reflect upon their impact on the sustainable development of the Republic of Moldova and its economic growth model.

MACRO 2022 has 3 key objectives:

• Discuss future trends at the global, regional and domestic levels, and define their implications for the Republic of Moldova, including risks and opportunities;
• Discuss the long-term development vision and priorities for the Republic of Moldova for the next decade, based on the “Moldova 2030” National Development Strategy;
• Raise awareness among relevant domestic and international stakeholders regarding the development priorities and thus generating a framework for the alignment of private, public and donor investment priorities.

The event is structured in seven thematic panels, the working languages will be Romanian and English, with simultaneous interpretation provided, for further details access the agenda of the event. In order to  participate, please register via the registration form  below by february 22.
