”How can the state-owned companies sector be reformed?”

The purpose of the event is to present the conclusions and proposals of the Expert-Grup on the necessary reforms in the field of state-owned companies and to publicly debate, together with representatives of public authorities, civil society and experts, the subject in question, with an emphasis on the provisions of the Strategy regarding the administration of state property in the field of state enterprises and commercial companies with full capital or state majority for the years 2022-2030, as well as the reform of the functioning of the Boards of Directors as a key tool for the efficiency of the activity of state companies.

The event will take place on February 14, 2023, starting at 10:00 a.m. Jolly Alon Hotel, 37 Maria Cebotari street, Chisinau and will be held in Romanian. Simultaneous translation: Romanian-English, English-Romanian, will be available. Representatives of relevant organizations, state institutions and experts in the field are expected at the event.
