Education Policy Two Years after the EU-Moldova Actions Plan: a New Boost for the Period 2008-2011

This analytic study undertakes a radiography of the current situation of the Moldovan education sector and assesses how the provisions of the objectives no.75 and 76 of the EU-Moldova Actions Plan have been implemented in the period 2009-2007. A number of recommendations are given to give a new boost to the reform policies in this sector. This document is based on a number of primary and secondary data sources which allows for a qualitative impact assessment of the actions implemented.
