About project:
Through this project we propose to offer support to LPAs in using Local Municipial Bonds as a mean to increase their capacity to collect financial resources for development projects and offer support for an efficient management of this resources. 

Project scope: to empower LPAs to raise funds for local infrastructure projects through issuance of local municipal bonds, as a means to foster the financial local autonomy on the one hand and contribute to capital market development on the other hand. 

Objective 1. Increasing public awareness about municipal bonds as an instrument to local development and capital market development

Objective 2. Supporting 4 LPAs in issuing local municipal bonds

Main activities:

• Evaluation of the 3 municipal bonds previously issued by Chisinau, Sangera and Ceadir-Lunga
• Promoting the municipal bonds in the public and target audience 
• Selecting the beneficiary LPAs
• Supporting 4 LPAs to issue municipal bonds

The programme for Supporting 4 LPAs in Launching Municipal Bonds is implemented by the Independent Analytical Centre "Expert-Grup" with the support of the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Moldova
