Moldova's Trade Policy: Import-Export Conditions in the Trade with EU

This study describes main trade policy tools and mechanisms of Republic of Moldova regarding its foreign trade, with a particular emphasis on the trade with the EU members. The document enumerates the conditions imposed by Republic of Moldova for trade transactions with the export-import operators from the EU countries, which have to be fulfiled before and during the transaction.
