The Independent Think Tank “Expert-Grup” announces a public competition to contract a consultant to provide consultancy services for analysing subsidy policies in the Republic of Moldova in accordance with the attached terms of reference.
To apply for the competition, candidates are requested to send the following to iulia@expert-grup.org:
- A CV showing relevant experience in accordance with the terms of reference;
- A financial offer.
Deadline for submitting applications: 5 September 2016, 9.00.
To be considered valid, all submitted offers must be signed by the candidate.
