Competition for the Selection of a Legal Consultant

The Independent Think Tank “Expert-Grup” announces a competition to select an independent consultant to provide services for the analysis and development of an internal guide for classifying the types of contracts that the organisation signs on a regular basis.

The consultant will have the following core responsibilities:

• analysing the benefits of signing the following types of contracts: grant contracts, service provision contracts, copyright contracts;
• defining a clear set of criteria for the classification of the contracts mentioned above;
• actively consulting the accountant, the financial director and the executive director of the organisation on the correct classification of the contracts;
• compiling an internal regulation on the classification of contracts.

Requirements for the consultant:

• Education: at least a master’s degree in the field of auditing;
• Good knowledge of national legislation;
• Knowledge of international practices in the field;
• Knowledge of tax legislation and procedures;
• Understanding of the context of public associations, in particular think tanks;
• Work experience in audit companies recognised by the World Bank will be an advantage.
