Call for Tenders: Selection of a Company to Audit the Financial Statements

The terms of reference are available in the annex.

Audit period (data collection): any period between 1 and 30 September 2026. The audit reports and the management letter must be made available to Expert-Grup's management in Romanian and English no later than 1 October 2026.

Minimum requirements for participating companies:

• The audit company and the auditor(s) are licensed in the Republic of Moldova;

• The image and reputation of the audit company and of the auditor(s);

• At least 5 years of experience in providing audit services to similar institutions (non-governmental organisations) funded by national and international institutions;

• ACCA accreditation or adherence to other international standards will be an advantage.

To participate in the competition, the bidder must send the following documents to the email address: 
procurari@expert-grup.org:

• A description of the company and the reasons why it should be selected;

• The company name, address, contact person and telephone number;

• A list of the organisations for which the audit company has provided similar services in the past 5 years;

• A description of the qualifications of the auditors assigned to the audit engagement;

• The CVs of the auditors assigned to the audit engagement, together with a list of the organisations they have worked for and a list of reference persons/companies;

• The financial offer.

• The offer must be submitted in Romanian or English.

The deadline for submitting offers is 31 July 2026, 19:00.
