Call for Proposals: Development of the Mobile Version of the expert-grup.org Website

The Expert-Grup Think Tank announces a competition to select a company/consultant to develop the mobile version of the website www.Expert-Grup.org.

General product requirements:

• The mobile site must follow the visual identity and  structure of the desktop version (please note that we use Joomla as our CMS);
• Design adaptable to different screen types – responsive design (phone and tablet);
• Compatible with devices running the most widely used operating systems;
• Compatible with: Google Chrome, Safari, Microsoft Edge (Internet Explorer), Mozilla FireFox, Opera;
• Warranty and consultancy  - 4 months from the launch of the web page;
• The company/consultant will be free to propose suggestions for improving both the desktop and mobile interfaces of the site.

Requirements for the company/consultant:

• Experience in developing mobile versions of websites;
• Ability to work to tight deadlines;
• At least one year of experience on the market.

Selection criteria:

• Quality of the portfolio of products and services;
• Experience in implementing similar projects;
• Proposed budget.

The application file must include:

• Portfolio (list of current/former clients and products delivered);
• Financial offer;
• Letters of recommendation from partners and/or clients;
• Any other materials the candidate considers necessary (team CVs, description of experience, etc.).
