The Independent Think Tank “Expert-Grup” announces a competition to contract an independent expert to prepare the report “Assessment of the efficiency and transparency of the use of public funds allocated to the health sector”, in accordance with the attached terms of reference.
Requirements for the candidate:
• Higher education in medicine, health management or other relevant fields;
• At least 5 years of experience in health policy analysis;
• Knowledge of the organisation and functioning of the healthcare system of the Republic of Moldova;
• Knowledge of the organisation and provision of medical services, and of the standards and good practices in their management;
• Teamwork skills.

• A personal CV indicating previous experience in preparing similar reports;
• A financial offer that must include the estimated number of days for providing the services, as well as the requested gross remuneration per full day (8 hours) worked;
• Any other relevant information.
