On 10 August 2026, Ungheni municipality and Leova town launched their public offerings of municipal bonds at the event “Local Development through the Capital Market”, organised in Chișinău by the Independent Think Tank “Expert-Grup”, in collaboration with B.C. “Victoriabank” S.A. and with the support of the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in the Republic of Moldova.
