The project scope is to support the Government to advance the SOE reform in line with EU conditionalities related to Moldova’s candidacy status.
The project will follow 3 specific objectives, as a response to three sets of constraints mentioned in the previous section:
- Support the reorganization of PPA;
- Improve the regulatory framework for SOEs;
- Improve the governance of SOEs.
Project implementation period: December 2023- December 2025
