Supporting the SOE reform by improving the legal framework, reorganization of PPA and enforcing good governance

The project scope is to support the Government to advance the SOE reform in line with EU conditionalities related to Moldova’s candidacy status. 

The project will follow 3 specific objectives, as a response to three sets of constraints mentioned in the previous section:

1. Support the reorganization of PPA;
2. Improve the regulatory framework for SOEs;
3. Improve the governance of SOEs.
