The overall goal: To consolidate the capacity of the Moldovan Government and Parliament to promote proper social and labour policies that would help better overcome the economic crisis.
Objectives:
1. Enhance the revenue base of the Social insurance Budget through fighting informal economy
2. Support the promotion of active labour market policies
