“Sireți is an example for the whole of Moldova”. MDL 3 million for 11 new roads

Sireți has become the first rural locality in the Republic of Moldova to issue Municipal Bonds. Through this financial instrument, the town hall raised MDL 3 million. Informing residents and involving them play a decisive role in the development of the locality, says the mayor. In total, the project provides for the modernisation of 11 streets. In the process of issuing the municipal bonds, the Sireți town hall was assisted by Expert-Grup, which structured the issue, and by Victoriabank, the financial institution that connected the local authority with investors.
