Within the project “Local Government Bonds as a Measure to Increase Local Autonomy”, implemented with the financial support of the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Chișinău, the Independent Think Tank “Expert-Grup” set out to provide support to Local Public Authorities (LPAs) in using this financial instrument to carry out local development projects. During the project, a number of localities received assistance and training on the issuance of municipal bonds.
