First Municipal Bond Issue in the Republic of Moldova – Sîngera Town Hall

Sîngera Town Hall, with the support of the Independent Think Tank “Expert-Grup”, is carrying out one of the first municipal bond issues in the Republic of Moldova. The purpose of the issue is to raise financial resources for the construction of a water supply line in the Sîngera-Revaca neighbourhood. The issues are intermediated by B.C. “Victoriabank” S.A.
