Study Launch | Assessment of the Transparency of the Use of the Road Fund of the Republic of Moldova

The study analyses the evolution of the allocations and use of financial resources from the Road Fund, the execution of works through public procurement and through the award of direct contracts to SA “Drumuri”. The study also reflects the way decisions are made in the Road Fund, the transparency of this process and the institutional relations in the road sector, and presents recommendations for increasing the efficiency of the use of financial resources.

The event is organised within the project “The Budget Process in the Republic of Moldova: Monitoring Transparency and Promoting Public Oversight”, funded by the Soros Foundation Moldova. Representatives of government institutions, the State Road Administration, AITA, the Parliament, the Court of Accounts, civil society and the media are invited to the event.
